How should I package my product for return?
Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original one. This minimizes the risk of damage and allows us to make someone else happy with it later. Don’t have the original packaging anymore? No problem — we’ll inspect the returned product and determine any loss in value based on its condition.
You can send your packaged product in a solid box that is securely sealed.
Product packed? Print your shipping label or write the return number and address on the box. You can find these details in the email we sent you.
What is the status of my return?
Once we start processing your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. It’s possible that your product has arrived at our warehouse according to your Track & Trace, but you haven’t received a confirmation yet — don’t worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we begin processing your return.
If it’s been more than 3 days since you sent your package and you haven’t heard from us, please contact our customer service team.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning my product?
As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue your refund within **3 business days**. The exact time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
You may receive your refund in multiple parts. This can happen in two cases:
- You paid (partially) with a gift card or voucher — in that case, that portion will be refunded as store credit.
- You exchanged your product for another one — in that case, we’ll refund the value of the original product to your initial payment method. If you paid extra for the replacement item, that additional amount will be refunded separately.
