Where are products shipped from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
When will I get my order?
If you place your order before 5:00 PM, we’ll ship it the same day! Ordered after 5:00 PM? No problem! We’ll make sure your package is sent out the next day so you can start using your product as soon as possible.
How does returns work?
You can register your return within 30 days after receiving your product. You have two options:
- Exchange your product for another one.
- Return your product and receive a refund.
To receive a full refund, make sure to return the product in its original condition and undamaged. Feel free to inspect the item as you would in a store.
